The reason why they get additional bulking time is because they have a natural ability to gain lean muscle mass faster than ectomorphs and the natural ability to lose fat faster than endomorphs. And while not all ectomorphs will show these natural benefits they don't have to. But if you're not willing to do those things it will take a long time for results to come to you.
